We are now hiring for an administrative assistant! We are a small business and are looking for someone who can work part-time hours with potential of being full-time as the business grows. Experience in the area (administrative assistant/receptionist) is a plus but not required.
We are looking for someone who is/can:
- detail oriented and organized
- multitask
- proficient with computer
- follow simple instructions
Duties and responsibilities (not limited to):
- Answer/make phone calls in professional manner
- Operate office equipment (photocopy/fax/printing machine, computer, calculator, phone)
- Perform tasks such as word processing, data entry, typing, photocopying, faxing, and collating
- Use QuickBooks to write and enter invoices, payments, pay invoices, etc.
- Mail out monthly statements
- Reconcile bank statements
- Perform errands to pick up supplies and occasional emergency case pick-up or delivery
- Direct delivery driver in the morning and through-out
- Check-in/out cases; unpack/pack cases
Part-Time Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am to 1pm (~30hrs/wk)
Salary is dependent to experience.
